Comments Women's volleyball gold medal match between China and Russia won the highest TV rating (5.9%) during the last three days. It is an all-time remembered comeback win that China's women volleyball team, once the nation's glory and pride, kept about 3,239,000 viewers awake until 04:10. More than 3,138,000 watched the replay and it was rated the second highest at 5.7%. It is the first time, and the only time, when both live and replay of the same game got the highest ratings during Athens Olympic. Men's 10m platform diving semifinal and women's Taekwondo over 67kg gold medal match were ranked the third and fourth with ratings of 5.5% and 4.5% respectively. China won both gold medals, and made a perfect ending for Athens Olympic 2004.
