As the Chinese Olympic team won a historical 100th gold medal, the TV rating boosted to the highest figure at 12.5% in Women's Table Tennis Singles Gold Medal Match on Aug 22nd. ZHANG Yining, a 22-year-old young player, swept her opponent KIM Hyang Mi (PRK) away 4-0 (11-8, 11-7, 11-2, 11-2) in an hour.

In the Women's Tennis Doubles final, Ting LI and Tian Tian SUN made history on the last day of the Olympic Tennis Event, winning the first Olympic tennis gold medal for China. The match was ranked the second on TV rating (11.2%) during the past three days. Then comes Chinese Women Volleyball team defeated Team Russia with a straight 3-0 win.
