The project, the refurbishment of the Beijing Shooting Range (Clay Pigeon) that locates in the Shooting Management Center of State General Administration of Sports, is the venue for the 2008 Olympic Clay Pigeon competition, and also the training venue for the National Shooting Team. Total space will cover 6029 sq. m, 5000 spectator seats, with a total investment of CNY26.5 million.

5. Qualifications of bidders:
- the bidder must be a legal, independent design institution, and must have advanced quality insurance system and Class A architectural design certification.
- The bidder must have successful experience of similar projects in the past five years, and have sufficient technical capability to undertake this project
- The bidder must provide evidence to prove that it has sufficient resources and the financial ability to ensure the smooth design of the project, and is able to guarantee the above ability
- The bidder must show evidence of its ability in the management and quality of design, and its past experience of cooperation with relative institutions
- The bidder must provide the profile of the main designers for this project and prove that the designers are qualified to undertake this project
6. The bidder shall provide certificate of qualification, corporate certification, ID and authorization letter at the time of application.
