Beijing Guoao Investment Co (the tenderee) is the project owner of the National Stadium and the Olympic Village. Guoao Investment Co intends to seek excellent and experienced organizations to provide service for the temporary electric system installment project of the National Stadium and released a public notice on May 11 2004 . As the tenderee, Guoao Investment Co officially invites qualified bidders to bid for the project.

1. Project: the temporary electric system installment project of the National Stadium
2. Fund: the tenderee will pay the fee for the above project with its own capital
3. Requirements:
(1) The bidder must be officially registered independent corporations in PR China
(2) Entitled to carry out business operation in Beijing area legally
(3) Must have the electric installment qualification certificate certified by the Power Supply Bureau
(4) Sound financial status, without violations to regulations and laws
4. Notes
(1) The tender will adopt the examination after the open of the tender.
The tenderee will only examine the qualifications of potential bidders, including examining the qualification certificates,  the business operation certificates (all of which need the original copy and a dupilicate). The  bidder must provide ID and the authorization letter, fill in the entry form before purchasing the bidding documents. After the open of the tender, the tenderee will carry out full range and thorough examinations on the bidders.
(2) Time for purchasing the bidding documents: 13:00-17:00 May 12 to 09:00-17:00 May 14 2004.
