China Sports Industry International or CSII (formerly China Sports Consulting) is a subsidiary of China Sports Industry Group (CSIG), which is the commercial arm of State General Administration of Sports of P.R. China, or the Chinese Olympic Committee.

China Sports Industry Group, which is the only company in China 100% owned by the State General Administration of Sports, engages in the construction of major sports facilities and sports industry development. Currently CSIG is responsible for the construction of some of the Olympic stadiums and national training facilities for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.            CSIG is also the major shareholder of the China Sports Lottery.                                             More importantly, CSIG has also been given the responsibility to set national standards for all sports facilities in China as well as issuing compliance certificate to stadium owners.

China Sports Industry International is the international consulting branch of CSIG. Being directly linked to the Chinese Olympic Committee, CSII has built an exclusive network of contacts within the State General Administration of Sports and Sports Bureaus and Administrations across China; our direct access to policy makers in China means that we are always the first to know about the emergence of , or the changes in policies in sports in China.   CSII has been appointed representative of the Sports Facilities Construction and Standards Authority of State General Administration of Sports of P.R. China, and is responsible for identifying business partners for the office worldwide.
